Job Description
  • Answering and transferring all calls using the phone system.
  • Receiving and dispatching post.
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries.
  • Checking visitors into the building.
  • Providing administration support to the driver training department.
  • In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Flexible working hours to cover other team members.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Computer Skills – ECDL or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Good Telephone Manner
