Job Description
- Undertake various administration tasks, delivering an excellent service to our brokers, in connection with pension policies and subsequent cases
- Effective management of work queues, ensuring prompt & accurate results
- Build positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally (i.e., our broker population), actioning any changes or amendments to pension policies as requested
- Consistently demonstrate task ownership and a solution focused approach
- Continually monitor and check that all Risk events have been properly recorded
