Job Description
  • To check employee’s timesheets and investigate any discrepancies for payroll.
  • To prepare information, statistical and other financial returns as necessary
  • To maintain the petty cash accounts and process all invoices for payment through the purchase order system.
  • To produce letters, reports and other documents; maintain diary and other communication systems.
  • To provide accurate answers to general queries and to assist visitors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A friendly, committed, flexible team player, with excellent customer focus and communication skills, with a genuine desire to make a positive contribution from day one.
  • Sound knowledge of all Windows based packages (Word and Excel) and basic accounting systems.
  • Full UK driver’s license, use of a car and willingness to attend training and travel between Schemes when required.
