To check employee’s timesheets and investigate any discrepancies for payroll.
To prepare information, statistical and other financial returns as necessary
To maintain the petty cash accounts and process all invoices for payment through the purchase order system.
To produce letters, reports and other documents; maintain diary and other communication systems.
To provide accurate answers to general queries and to assist visitors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A friendly, committed, flexible team player, with excellent customer focus and communication skills, with a genuine desire to make a positive contribution from day one.
Sound knowledge of all Windows based packages (Word and Excel) and basic accounting systems.
Full UK driver’s license, use of a car and willingness to attend training and travel between Schemes when required.
