Duties include: providing general secretarial support, including diary management to the Head of School and other members of the senior team; producing agendas and minutes of meetings; monitoring School email and handling as appropriate and agreed; planning and arranging meetings and events; maintaining office procedures and electronic filing; supporting communications including monitoring the School twitter account to agreed guidelines; updating school webpages (training provided); supporting recruitment and induction of new staff; ordering office supplies and maintaining records of expenditure and commitments. You will need to be educated to A level standard or equivalent, with GCSE or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics. A high level of responsibility, organizational and good IT skills are required.
