You will also provide face-to-face guidance, deal with telephone enquiries and use computer-based information systems. With a degree, part qualified relevant professional qualification or demonstrable level of experience and continued development, you will be IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience of working in student administration within the Higher Education (HE) sector is desirable. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized and have a commitment to enhance the high standards of customer service within the School and the Faculty. Previous experience of servicing committee meetings is essential.
