Job Description
The successful candidate will be based in a busy hospital environment, liaising with admissions, patients and Healthcare professional to ensure processes, policies and procedures are in place to improve the process of health insurance collection within the facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to develop their talents in a busy and challenging work environment.
- Managing Client Accounts using multiple software solutions;
- Ensuring client needs are met in a timely and professional manner;
- Debtor Day Management;
- Dealing with Patient, Consultant and Secretary queries and issues complaints;
- Day to day processing & completion of health insurance claims;
- Client end-user training on Claimsure Sláinte Healthcare software;
- Credit control;
- Patient Registration
- Private Insurance Status Checks
- Patient Interviews including Ward visits if necessary
- Issue escalation.
- Ad hoc projects that are required
- Work as part of a team to provide solutions
- Assist in all areas of the company when required
