You will need to possess sensitive and excellent communication skills, secretarial skills including audio transcription, accuracy and the ability to use your initiative, work both independently and as part of the Medical Secretarial team and be able to priorities work effectively to meet tight timescales.
To deliver a support secretarial service to all its users such as patients, relatives and colleagues including audio-typing of patient correspondence, taking messages from patients, GPs and others, if required, as well as a range of other administrative duties within the Urology department.
