You will provide administrative support to a team of subject specialists working on a variety of exciting projects.
This will include standard office administration, providing support to a variety of projects, which will include Teams administration, setting up new starters and managing access requests, working with a variety of platforms for upload/download/transfer of materials, meetings administration, maintaining documentation, proofreading and formatting documentation, presentations etc., commissioning assessment specialists, maintaining resources.
Supporting the production of assessment materials:
This will include coordinating dispatch of commissioning materials, tracking the online transfer of materials through secure servers, formatting assessment documentation for projects.
Managing fee payments:
This will include liaising with finance, monitoring payments and maintaining accurate records.
This will include gathering and researching information, corresponding and liaising with external consultants and specialists, as well as with other departments.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Educated to A Level or equivalent standard
Administrative experience with proofreading/typesetting an advantage
Strong IT Skills (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, online meetings) and the ability to engage with and adapt to different platforms
