Job Description
You will provide advice and assistance to our customers to enable them to achieve their financial goals. This is managed through inbound and outbound telephony and video activities, together with responding to and executing various online applications.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and execute online and voice credit applications
- Interact and build relationships with customers and other partners while operating within agreed service level agreements
- Provide advice to customers on products and services that meet their financial needs
- Prepare required credit assessment recommendations
- Work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Measure key performance indicators to ensure you meet agreed objectives
