Job Description

You will provide advice and assistance to our customers to enable them to achieve their financial goals. This is managed through inbound and outbound telephony and video activities, together with responding to and executing various online applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and execute online and voice credit applications
  • Interact and build relationships with customers and other partners while operating within agreed service level agreements
  • Provide advice to customers on products and services that meet their financial needs
  • Prepare required credit assessment recommendations
  • Work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Measure key performance indicators to ensure you meet agreed objectives

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Have significant level of proven sales, customer service or clerical experience in a regulatory compliant environment
  • Committed to and enjoys working in a sales environment
  • Qualified Financial advisor recognized qualification to permit the discussion of product information and provide advice to customers i.e. QFA, Grandfathered (where appropriate) or APA in both Loans and Savings & Investments
  • Successful candidates will be required to become accredited in these products categories by completing AQA modules within a specific time-frame.
  • Actively engaged in Continuous Professional Development Significant experience in financial services
  • Excellent knowledge of all retail finance product, processes and procedures
