The post holder will be a member of the Operations team and will be responsible for supporting the team either directly or indirectly, to allow the HR Coordinator and Head of Operations to focus on the more complex elements of the day-to-day service for the Unit. You will be expected to work proactively with the admin team and all staff within the Unit to develop strong and effective working relationships.
The role offers tremendous variety and responsibilities include:
Educated to at least A level standard (or equivalent) you will have relevant administrative experience in a role which has required you to priorities, multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
You will be proficient in standard software packages, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You must have good communication and interpersonal skills, be capable of working autonomously, be well organized and a reliable team player.
