Job Description
  • To assist the Manager in the daily sales orders and ensuring coordination of sales with pack houses and relevant teams.
  • Assist with customer queries and changes to orders on a daily basis.
  • Liaising with hauliers and customers own transport to arrange timely collection of goods.
  • Reviewing sales reports on weekly basis to assist in the sales opportunities.
  • The applicant should ideally have the experience & knowledge of being able to respond to a quick moving environment and assist at peak pressure times. 
  • Follow up skills on queries, POD's and credit control essential.
  • Filing and general administration.
  • Assist with the export paperwork for any loads handled by the team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ideally have knowledge in production.
  • A confident personality with good communication and negotiating skills.
  • Organized and able to priorities workload.
  • Excellent Computer literacy - Microsoft and ERP systems.
