Job Description

We are looking to hire a medical receptionist with excellent organizational and administrative skills. The ideal candidate will be compassionate and discrete with superb time management and record-keeping skills.

  • In person and over the phone, greet and assist patients.
  • Assist dentist, employees, visitors, and patients in a professional manner.
  • Professionally and courteously answer all phone calls.
  • Maintain the privacy of all information about the surgery, the personnel, and the patients.
  • Schedule appointments for patients
  • Follow the policies and procedures at all times.
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 1-2 years of experience as a medical receptionist in a healthcare facility (essential).
  • Innovative thinker with good problem-solving and conceptual abilities.
  • Multi-tasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and planning abilities.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and respond quickly in an emergency.
  • Working with sensitive information requires the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and IT skills.
