In this key role, you’ll provide a high level of care to all customers, patients and visitors who walk through our client’s doors. You will often be the first face and voice that customers interact with, so a positive attitude and great communication skills are essential.
You will also respond to enquiries and perform telemarketing activities to explain the benefits of products to prospective customers and arrange appointments for them to meet with Audiologists. There’s no cold calling involved as every lead is pre-qualified.

  • Ensure the clinic is clean, tidy and inviting
  • Make sure that everyone who comes into the clinic is left with a good impression
  • Maintain the online diary management system for Audiologists
  • Ensure the Audiologists’ diaries are full
  • Carry out a range of administrative and secretarial services

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous high volume inbound and outbound call experience
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Diary management experience
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • To be IT literate with an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
