It would be an ideal role for an experienced senior administrator looking to progress. Prior experience of working within a school environment would be beneficial, but not essential. You will provide a comprehensive, executive support that covers the needs of the Principal and Senior Leadership Team. You will require the complete trust and confidence of the Principal, understanding that confidentiality is at all times vital to the role. They will have the skill set needed to represent the school, provide high quality support and the ability to problem solve. In addition, the Operations Coordinator will support the school in delivering its operational objectives through leading the business support functions within the school and have line management of the Business Support staff.
