Job Description
  • Answer phones and deal with issues or take messages.
  • Data Entry
  • Customer order receipt and management.
  • Process orders and stock receipts in Proteus.
  • Produce pick sheets and related paperwork in-line with the warehouse requirements.
  • Carryout Customer services tasks as required.
  • Manage and record signed PODs received back from transport providers and on the web where applicable.
  • Manage Purchase Orders and the PO log.
  • Ensure that information is accurately recorded and stored.
  • Complete relevant paperwork as course of office duties.
  • File records as required.
  • Follow clean as you go policy, so housekeeping is kept to the required standards.
  • Report any Health and Safety issues to supervisor/manager.
  • To be able to work overtime as and when required to meet the business needs.
  • To work at management discretion

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Up to date skills on computer packages e.g. Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and on their own initiative.
  • Good communication skills are essential.
  • Must have access to transport as office location is not accessible via public transport
