Job Description
  • Greet all patients, ensuring a smooth patient journey throughout.
  • To register all patients as they arrive and update information accurately in SAP, the hospital computer system.
  • To answer telephones and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • To accurately confirm details of appointments via letter.
  • To maintain appointment diaries
  • To adhere to the hospital Health and Safety policy and any other relevant policies.
  • To ensure all documentation is handled with confidentially

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Having an administrative background would be essential for this role.
  • Customer Service Experience – This can be via telephone or face-to-face.
  • Motivated and driven with excellent time management skills.
  • IT literate and a competent user of the MS Office suite of products with an advanced working knowledge of Excel, including formulas.
  • Confident telephone manner with the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers at all levels
