Job Description

They are looking for someone to join immediately on an initial 9 month contract whilst someone is on sickness leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to well known and reputable business in this space.

Key responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant;

  • Responsible for completing monthly bank reconciliations
  • Raising and settlement of inter company invoices across the Group
  • Month-end processes
  • Produce and maintain balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements for 5 business entities and liaising with external auditors
  • Sales ledger processing, including Raising and receipting customer sales invoices on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Liaise with fund administrators on monthly and quarterly income streams
  • Responsible for monitoring outstanding management fees and liaising with the relevant Front Office representatives to collect these fees in a timely manner
  • Experience with Oracle would be desirable
