Assistant Management Accountant
Job Description
They are looking for someone to join immediately on an initial 9 month contract whilst someone is on sickness leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to well known and reputable business in this space.
Key responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant;
- Responsible for completing monthly bank reconciliations
- Raising and settlement of inter company invoices across the Group
- Month-end processes
- Produce and maintain balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements for 5 business entities and liaising with external auditors
- Sales ledger processing, including Raising and receipting customer sales invoices on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Liaise with fund administrators on monthly and quarterly income streams
- Responsible for monitoring outstanding management fees and liaising with the relevant Front Office representatives to collect these fees in a timely manner
- Experience with Oracle would be desirable
