Job Description

This is an ideal role for someone who works on their own initiative in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi- task. A courteous manner is a must with a focus on providing a consistently high standard of service. Reception & telephone cover from 9am – 5pm Monday - Friday. The successful candidate will serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

  • Notifying company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Maintaining security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges
  • Booking of taxis & couriers
  • Navigating a switch-board

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to navigate a computer
  • Ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Willingness to operate flexible hours
  • Capacity to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Innovative
  • Previous Reception experience essential
  • Experience with phones and booking systems preferable
