Job Description
This role will involve supporting other areas within results teams as required. During peak times.
- You will quickly develop a good working understanding of processes in the team you are placed with and, with training, will take responsibility for the timely and accurate delivery of an agreed set of operational processes.
- You will process and analyze data accurately, respond to customer queries, investigate issues and perform quality checks where appropriate.
- You will establish collaborative working relationships with your colleagues, learning and sharing best practice together.
- You will, depending on the process you're working on, be required from time to time to work from our distribution Centre, on the outskirts of Cambridge.
- It should also be noted that this role will include occasional working outside of normal office hours as required to assist with the delivery of results release. This will be notified and agreed in advance.
