Job Description
  • Deliver high-quality administration support to the radiology department.
  • Enjoy the satisfaction of providing truly exceptional customer service.
  • Priorities a busy workload, whilst also keeping calm under pressure and remaining professional at all times.
  • Book patients for diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Complete initial patient safety questionnaires.
  • Work closely with the Radiology team to ensure maximum utilization.
  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the standards and timescales required.
  • Coordinate, plan and organize a range of activities.
  • Complete electronic and/or manual data entry / record keeping in an accurate and timely manner, to agreed format and standards.
  • File, store, retrieve and collate information / items accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle queries within the remit of own role and escalate more complex / serious issues to senior staff where required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Strong secretarial skills.
  • Great communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office whilst being comfortable working with numbers.
