Job Description
Reporting to the Service Supervisor the Service Support Coordinator works collaboratively to manage the Service function administration in a timely and efficient manner whilst managing front of house responsibilities. They ensure that weekly and monthly KPI reporting is accurate and up to date and are a vital part of the smooth running of the Service operations.
- Provide daily reception cover, including answering the phones in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
- Greet and register all visitors ensuring a best in class customer experience to all external visitors
- Take responsibility for the effective organization and management of day to day administrative tasks that arise within the Service function.
- Ensure items are processed and closed according to company deadlines, standards and operational requirements.
- Manage transactional entries on different software packages to ensure all data and records are maintained on our systems ensuring weekly/monthly/ quarterly KPI reports are accurate.
- Provide support to the operations team on scheduling of work and jobs on a daily/weekly basis, as needed.
- Update and maintenance of asset tracking system provide assistance and support with basic as needed.
- Collaborating and working with the entire Service to consistently deliver customer service excellence.
- General administration in the service dept and any other adhoc general office duties, as directed by your manager
