Job Description

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
- Scheduling service appointments
- Liaising with customers regarding appointments and rescheduling where necessary
- Organizing the engineer's diaries
- Scheduling corrective calls and extra works
- Organizing the on-call rota
- Producing monthly KPI reports
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Monitoring the company's generic inbox
- Assisting with general admin duties
- Acting as first point of contact for the Service Manager and provide secretarial support when requested
- Providing excellent customer service
