Job Description

You will be a team player with great communication skills, have confidence in your role and be able to lead from experience.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

  • Scheduling service appointments
  • Liaising with customers regarding appointments and rescheduling where necessary
  • Organizing the engineer's diaries
  • Scheduling corrective calls and extra works
  • Organizing the on-call rota
  • Producing monthly KPI reports
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Monitoring the company's generic inbox
  • Assisting with general admin duties
  • Acting as first point of contact for the Service Manager and provide secretarial support when requested
  • Providing excellent customer service

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good customer service experience/background
  • Proven organization and planning skills
  • Solid administrative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
  • Aptitude to work without direct supervision
  • The ability to work independently yet also in a team
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Confident when dealing with senior staff and external clients etc.
  • Ability to manage and priorities workloads and daily tasks
