Job Description

You will provide outstanding levels of customer support and service at every stage of the customer journey.
Specifically, you will take orders, respond to enquiries or complaints and provide information regarding products and services and process returns.
Within your role, you will also:

  • Process orders, returns and modifications
  • Follow patient service procedures
  • Provide assistance to the Customer Service Manager
  • Maintain and update the client database
  • Take part in cross-functional training
  • Support colleagues across the company as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Skills in co-ordinating with colleagues and clients
  • Excellent telephone skills and manner
  • A professional standard of IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite
  • An understanding of priorities with the ability to meet tight deadlines
