Job Description
  • Offering support & providing answers over the phone to the client banking customers.
  • Provide support to customers on a range of products and services.
  • You could be resolving straight forward queries to complex problems, which will require you to investigate and escalate.
  • Build relationships with customers over the phone.
  • Meet service level agreements with customers and your team.
