The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspect of Office Administration, including, but not limited to, receiving telephone enquiries, processing documentation, generating quotations and proposals and updating the CRM system.
Our client is not specifically looking for a candidate from the motor trade but does want someone with experience in a role that involves interacting with customers by phone, as well as a good working knowledge of standard I.T. software such as e-mail, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. You will need to be capable of providing excellent customer service as well as being able to communicate with colleagues across all levels of the business.
