Job Description

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • responsibility for long-term visitors and trainees, including drafting contracts, immigration and onboarding
  • coordinating and tracking HR processes including performance management, new starters, leavers and sick leave
  • providing guidance on international relocation and removals for new starters and leavers
  • supporting staff with immigration processes, coordinating visa applications and liaising with the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office where necessary
  • preparing employment contracts and related documentation
  • input and maintenance of HR records in SAP
  • providing administrative support to HR Partners
  • producing supporting letters for staff such as employment confirmation and support letters for banks, mortgage lenders, and student loans
  • office space and equipment coordination

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Having strong organisational skills as well as the ability to prioritise and deliver within tight deadlines is essential for this role.
  • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy are key to the high-quality delivery of tasks.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills are necessary as the HR Administrator works across the organisation with colleagues and stakeholders from varied professional and cultural backgrounds.
  • Additionally, as the successful candidate you are likely to have:
  • A Levels or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant administrative role
  • Customer focus and empathy
  • Capability to work independently and seek guidance when necessary
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Good computer skills, with at least intermediate level Excel
  • HR experience
  • Foundation level qualification in HR
  • Experience working with HR systems, such as SAP or other ERP
  • Experience working in an international environment
