Job Description
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- responsibility for long-term visitors and trainees, including drafting contracts, immigration and onboarding
- coordinating and tracking HR processes including performance management, new starters, leavers and sick leave
- providing guidance on international relocation and removals for new starters and leavers
- supporting staff with immigration processes, coordinating visa applications and liaising with the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office where necessary
- preparing employment contracts and related documentation
- input and maintenance of HR records in SAP
- providing administrative support to HR Partners
- producing supporting letters for staff such as employment confirmation and support letters for banks, mortgage lenders, and student loans
- office space and equipment coordination
