Job Description

You'll be focused on developing the spirits portfolio distribution, sales, and brand activation, along with shaping and deploying the relevant sales drivers across the whole on trade.

  • Build and execute the commercial investment strategy to beat the competition by ensuring that the portfolio is pouring or has cocktail status in the most influential On Trade customers and strategic groups, by developing and agreeing winning pouring/cocktail status commercial customer propositions.
  • Lead the spirits growth plan in key strategic groups through brilliant head office engagement and relationship management and the development in collaboration with the relevant Strategic Account Manager and Spirits Team Lead.
  • Collaborate with Strategic On-Trade operators to implement programs & develop bespoke activity & events. Work alongside and with the current sales team to deliver an amazing customer experience.
  • Collaborate with local and global brand and distillery teams to develop high impact brand projects for the luxury portfolio).
  • Devise and implement a commercial brand strategy to generate brand love across key on trade influencers and bar tenders in the top venues in Ireland with bespoke brand training and engagement.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Spirits knowledge and high-level cocktail making experience
  • Brand development and activation experience
  • Experience as Field Sales or Customer Marketing
  • Project Management, analytical and core selling skills
  • Can build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong commercial drive and commercial curiosity
  • Flexibility for evening & weekend work, events attendance, night trade visits
