This role will give you the opportunity to work across two teams – Recruitment and Temporary Staffing – and to develop knowledge in both disciplines
The successful candidate will have the chance to make a real difference by providing a high quality, efficient, customer-focused recruitment administration service to prospective employees and recruiting managers. With excellent communicationand customer-service skills, you should feel comfortable working as part of a team but also working alone. Attention to detail and a flexible approach are essential. You might have a background in customer service or recruitment but this is not essential if you have a professional, positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
Up to date knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience in a customer facing role and previous experience of using databases/computerised systems would be an advantage.
