• Deliver exceptional customer experience and advice
• Be agile and willing to meet customer needs at a time and place that best suits them.
• Deliver strong mortgage performance as measured by drawdowns, new business written, conversion rates and customer NPS.
• Drive digital adoption.
• Manage the sales pipeline and lead activity to generate best in class business
• Demonstrate a high standard in writing mortgage business
• Ensure personal adherence to all relevant bank policies, procedures, AIB standards of credit management and excellence in Operational Risk Management, consistently demonstrating impeccable standards while maintaining/enhancing customer relationship.
• Contribute to our profit through revenue creation and lead generation for other products and services.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Hold the QFA qualification (however if not fully qualified, a commitment to becoming fully accredited and qualified within 12-18 months)
• Minimum 12 months experience in Mortgage advice or assessment
• Track record of delivering a consistent level of exceptional service to customers
• Proven track record to delivering strong results against agreed targets
• Delivers exceptional customer experience and advice, managing the mortgage journey including driving digital adoption and leveraging the full suite of AIB products, tools and services
• Proven experience managing a sales pipeline and lead activity to support Business Performance delivery
