Job Description
  • Produce accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets within agreed time frames
  • Copy typing, and drafting of letters, reports, invoices etc
  • Managing the fee forecasting spreadsheet
  • Processing invoices
  • Assisting the credit control team with chasing bad debt
  • Formatting returned documents from Outsec (the digital dictation outsourced provider)
  • Diary management and organising meetings
  • General office duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Supporting the team with some research tasks as required
  • Carry out timely and accurate administration of databases
  • Accurately process fee accounts and out of pocket expenses, assisting with budgets and forecasts as required
  • Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all who visit or contact the office
  • Handling enquiries over the telephone or personally in reception and taking any necessary action
  • Maintain close communication with other administrators across different divisions to ensure efficient running of the department at all times

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for Administrator who is a good team player, self-motivated and capable of solving problems efficiently. They will be competent in using various IT systems and Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. The successful candidate would sit as part of the wider office administration team who whilst having their own areas of responsibility also work together on a number of cross divisional administrative roles.
