Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a client of ours to join a family run business as a Medical Administrator. The successful candidate will be a team player who will be assisting clients and sub brokers via telephone.
This is a great opportunity for an entry level candidate to secure their first office role.
Duties:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound customer service calls where required
  • Dealing with travels quotes
  • Dealing with the medical screening helpline
  • General administration tasks

Hours: 37 hours per week - 09:00 - 17:05


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good organisation skills and a good Telephone manner
  • Ability to work in a team and on own
  • Letter writing skills
  • Basic Numeracy skills
