Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Production of statutory accounts for all entities, ensuring compliance with FRS 102, or IFRS as applicable, including:

• • liaising with corporate accountants, tax, legal and company secretarial departments
  • liaising with auditors
  • ensuring all accounts filed within required timescales, statutory or otherwise
  • responsible for producing co-ordinated statutory accounts and tax filing and compliance timetable
  • continuous improvement of the accounts production process
• Technical assistance in relation to new accounting standards
• Assistance with Corporate Finance projects
• Other ad hoc projects relating to UK Group entities
• Accounts production system management and maintenance
