Job Description

This role will be responsible for the efficient organisation of the exams and assessments. This will involve administering registrations, applications and enrolments, exams, results and certificates, reports, processing orders and other general administration tasks and communications. You will also support the work of the awarding organisation team.

The ideal applicant will already have excellent administration skills but we welcome those who are enthusiastic and willing to learn. It is really important that you have great integrity due to handling confidential information. You will be well-organised, efficient and able to work quickly and accurately under pressure to strict deadlines. You will have an excellent standard of English and writing ability as well as digital and IT skills. We are looking for people with good interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with customers who come from all walks of life.
