Job Description
  • Provide a high level professional client facing service for all clients, staff and visitors to the Firm
  • Arrange taxis, couriers, parking and other such services as required.
  • Manage incoming post, courier and deliveries efficiently.
  • Answer and direct calls at a busy switchboard.
  • Manage the booking of meeting and conference rooms and arrange catering as required.
  • Manage and direct appropriately all ad hoc queries from callers and visitors.
  • General administration duties associated with working on a busy reception desk.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 3-4 years’ experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment.
  • Professional and pleasant business demeanour
  • Organised
  • Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team.
  • Respectful of confidential matters.
