Job Description

- Assisting with the consultant recruitment process, ensuring that all regulatory and internal requirements are satisfactorily adhered to in a timely manner
- Assisting where necessary with the communications to recruitment candidates on a regular basis
- Supporting the Supervisory team to ensure effective delivery of the firms Scheme
- Supporting the Compliance Manager as directed to aide the delivery of effective risk management and oversight of the firm’s systems and controls
- Assisting in the administration of annual and on-going fit & proper checks for consultants and other relevant staff
- Assisting with the administration of a business sampling structure that supports and assesses positive client outcomes
- Collating and disseminating management information as instructed, including relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Acting as a point of contact for staff and consultants, dealing with queries through referral and escalation where applicable
- Ensuring that all necessary records are accurately updated in a timely manner
- To carry out any other departmental function as required
