Job Description

  • Assisting with the consultant recruitment process, ensuring that all regulatory and internal requirements are satisfactorily adhered to in a timely manner
  • Assisting where necessary with the communications to recruitment candidates on a regular basis
  • Supporting the Supervisory team to ensure effective delivery of the firms Scheme
  • Supporting the Compliance Manager as directed to aide the delivery of effective risk management and oversight of the firm’s systems and controls
  • Assisting in the administration of annual and on-going fit & proper checks for consultants and other relevant staff
  • Assisting with the administration of a business sampling structure that supports and assesses positive client outcomes
  • Collating and disseminating management information as instructed, including relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Acting as a point of contact for staff and consultants, dealing with queries through referral and escalation where applicable
  • Ensuring that all necessary records are accurately updated in a timely manner
  • To carry out any other departmental function as required
