Job Description
  • Being the first point of contact for all HR and weekly payroll related queries
  • Administering HR-related documentation from onboarding through to leaving including generation, checking and filing
  • Ensuring HR systems and records are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation
  • Daily monitoring and recording of absence
  • Maintaining RAF and other recruitment trackers and publish League Tables monthly
  • Recommending ongoing continuous improvements, to ensure the service provided is aligned to business needs and current legislation
  • Updating and maintaining the HR Information System
  • Checking new starters Right to Work
  • Assisting weekly with the Induction process
  • Note take where required during investigations, disciplinary and appeals.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous HR experience within a fast-paced environment, ideally manufacturing or retail
  • Excellent IT skills within Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR database skills would be an advantage
  • CIPD part qualified or interested in working towards (study package available)
