In this role, you will be our customer’s first point of contact when they call in. You’ll therefore need to be a natural when it comes to customer care – articulate, good with people and always happy to help.
You will be required to organise the audiologist’s workload, deal with customers and be able to search information on numerous databases. You will be required to book and reschedule appointments over the phone and face to face.
We’ll also be looking for an organised approach, and a good standard of education in written English and Mathematic, and confidence with Microsoft Office. Within this role you’ll also be required to complete and post orders, receive and check deliveries, and maintain Hearcare accessories and aids displays. You will also need to give good clear advice to customers on how to look after and clean their hearing aids.
