Job Description

This is a great opportunity in the heart of Dublin for someone with a customer service background looking to get more office based experience; kickstart your career in a dynamic, multicultural team within a global company. This role will involve working in a customer service capacity for major clients; assisting their customers with all questions, queries and complaints they might have via phone and email.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
  • Resolve queries, identify and respond appropriately to customer needs
  • Relevant administrative and data entry duties
  • Respond appropriately to customer complaints, escalate where necessary
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of client services, adhere to policy and regulation, and keep up good reputation of company and relationships with clients

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to demonstrate empathy
  • Customer service experience – particularly with complaints
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Organisation and time management skills
