Job Description

- Sourcing of candidates for suitable vacancies including graduates and administration support roles
- Briefing calls with candidates
- Preparing interview confirmations
- Providing feedback to candidates
- Checking right to work documents
- Use of LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards for attracting talent
- Updating the ATS system (Team Tailor)
- Coordination of inductions
- Preparing job descriptions for active roles


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Recruitment experience (could be as little as 3 months)
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HR systems.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player.
- Understands confidentiality.
- Can multi-task effortlessly and be able to prioritise workload.
