Job Description

• Contribute to the development of the overall HR strategy
• Provide robust professional HR advice and guidance
• Lead on HR policies and practices
• Develop strategies in the area of ER, performance and pay and reward
• Manage onboarding and induction and exit interviews
• Implement a number of value-added HR projects aligned to the strategic goals of the business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will have previous biotech or pharma experience and experience of working with a senior leadership team to shape the people strategy.
Commercial acumen will be part of your DNA
Stakeholder management experience
Excellent organisational and leadership qualities with a track record in scaling up businesses
Degree & CIPD qualified
