Job Description
Our client is looking for an exceptional person to provide administrative support including shorthand, audio typing and production of reports to the Executive Office.
- Full ownership of the Executive's diary with understanding/awareness of the workload and conflicting priorities
- Organising travel and accommodation for Executive when required
- Coordinate and organise the weekly/monthly meetings
- Preparation and distribution of all agendas and any supporting documents
- Notes of weekly/monthly meetings
- Diary Management
- Audio typing
- Knowledge of ambulance service processes is desirable
- Able to travel within the region (if required)
