The role can be completely remote however you would be expected to come to the Cambridge office for meetings as required, ideally you will live no more than 1.5-2 hours from Cambridge.
The role is an end to end recruiter with full accountability for assigned roles from approval through to offer. The roles you will be recruiting will be highly technical and across functional areas of the business. This will involve direct sourcing as well as some degree of agency management as well as the opportunity to get involved in in key TA projects such as EVP and Employer Branding, hiring manager training and social media campaigns.
We are looking for a seasoned recruiter with in-house experience although we may consider someone from an agency if you have the right background and proven experience within biotech / pharma. You will be a partner to the business and able to manage internal stakeholder relationships and be happy to roll up your sleeves and direct source. The candidate experience will be always in the forefront of your mind. Dealing with ambiguity is key as this business scales.
