The main focus of this role is to support the organisation in developing a set of generic role profiles which will cover duties and responsibilities linked to behaviours. This information will then be available for all employees to access to understand their career path within the organisation.
This will support the enhanced appraisal process and give greater transparency in promotions and succession planning and career development.
The ideal person will have experience in developing and creating career path from a L&D background, be a skilled communicator who can interact at all levels including board level. You will have a creative approach, with the ability to see the broader picture and have a passion for career development and able to facilitate workshops.
