Job Description
  • Develop client contact strategies and conduct business development calls and online and on-site meetings to build trust and sustainable relationships
  • Consult with clients to understand their business needs and adopt the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates
  • Networking - online and in person at events to promote Tate, your service, build relationships and contacts
  • Developing sales pipelines, actively seeking new business opportunities
  • Candidate engagement, identifying and attracting potential candidates through a range of online channels, questioning, and listening to their requirements both in person and via virtual platforms
  • Supporting applicants through the recruitment process, offering advice, support with CV advice and interview techniques
  • Researching market news and trends to help you be knowledgeable and consultative
  • Creating and managing your own social media - adverts, blogs, announcements and sharing thought leadership content
  • Working to internal and industry compliance standards
  • Participate in company activities, training courses and the option to be involved in collaborative projects. Please note, occasional office based work days will be in Luton

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You may be/have been a successful recruitment consultant already. If so, you'll likely to have the experience and attributes needed and be abreast of how our industry has evolved a lot in this post pandemic world!

If not, as we are a people centric business you need a winning combination of soft skills, sales ability, together with good business acumen. You should relate to the commercial world and typical office roles and be naturally comfortable conversing at all levels.
