Job Description

Support the activities of the Customer Service team by delivering first class service in all sales administrative matters and work effectively within the department and wider business team to achieve industry leading standards of customer care and happiness.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures ensure audit accountability for all activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date progress status of all orders through liaison with supplying dealers.
  • Manage and effect all in-life & contract-end vehicle movements to minimise customer down-time and improve disposal.
  • Prepare and manage timely return of all documentation covering new vehicle deliveries, extensions, amendments and inter-company transfers.
  • Arrange demonstrator vehicles, collaborating closely between dealer and customer to minimise delay and avoid inconvenience.
  • Co-ordinate the post-delivery invoice validation, approval, Certificate of Conformity and Hand-over documents to facilitate timely completion of all procedures.
  • Acknowledge and respond to all customers queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong customer service focus and experience, demonstrating a high standard of service in every customer interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Methodical and logical problem solving skills.
  • An ability to work to timeframes and plan and coordinate effectively.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) capability beyond beginner level.
  • Previous office administration experience or sales administration experience.
