Job Description
  • Supports the team to hit Data Quality Targets (DQI), end dates, project reviews and forecasting, meeting fiscal period deadlines;
  • Assists in preparation of non-financial audits;
  • Runs reports and interprets data and the team in general;
  • Generates and shares best practices and procedures.
  • Assists with project pipeline accuracy;
  • Helps to set up new clients and suppliers in the financial system;
  • Assists with project set up and maintenance in our system
  • Assists with regular forecasts
  • Monitors adherence to processes and change management protocols regarding interface with operations, commercial, finance, including obtaining permissions to work at risk etc.;
  • Ensures accurate time recording across the team;
  • And any ad hoc duties.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience working in administration, project administration or finance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels;
  • Organisation skills to manage multiple requests and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to understand procedures and implement change;
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills (essential);
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership, self-motivated pro-active approach and ability to see things through to the end;
  • Ability to manage details, but also see a bigger picture;
  • Ability to be resourceful, hands on and work both independently and as part of high-performing team;
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; willingness to work with multiple different colleagues on a variety of initiatives.
  • Excellent ICT skills - Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc.;
  • Good GCSE and/or A level or equivalents at both Maths and English;
