Job Description
  • Administrator required to enrol healthy volunteers and patients to in-house, Phase 1 and Experimental Medicine clinical studies.
  • Participate in relevant team discussions which impact on Healthy Volunteers and Patient recruitment.
  • Review and contribute to Study Reference Manuals and Information Sheet development, ensuring site specific considerations have been included.
  • Assist in maintaining the Healthy Volunteer Panel, organising investigations and medical examinations and updating records, as required.
  • Maintain all recruitment related documents and correspondence, according to GCP standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements, including protection of personal identifiable information.
  • Implement recruitment activities according to protocol priorities.

  • Maintain accurate and complete records consistent with company policy and legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Educated to degree standard, candidates should have good organisational skills, be self-motivated and be able to work well in a team.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and/or Pharmaceutical background desired.
